Reviews and Testimonial for Kurt

Excellent Service This has been our fifth real estate transaction with Kurt. From buying our first home, to buying a new build and then a fixer upper, Kurt has weathered many different challenges during our home buying process. He is always calm, cool, collective and goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. He was always one step ahead of what we needed to do or think about and we even received an over ask offer! His experience and knowledge of the real estate market is top notch and I am so thankful we had Kurt by our side to guide us through the home buying process again! Verified by RateMyAgent

"Kurt Steckel is First Class

Moving from out of state, we put all of our trust in Kurt and couldn’t be happier. After a couple of visits in town, Kurt learned what we did and didn’t like. We’d see houses online and Kurt would check them out for us, then let us know if it was the right one for us. We purchased our house without stepping foot in it until after closing. Kurt sent pictures, face-timed us from the house and let us know this was the one for us. We trusted his judgment and were rewarded for it.

"Very knowledgeable

Kurt is very knowledgeable about the area! He was able to find us our first home that checked off everything in our list. Since we were first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Kurt was always there to answer them. I have been recommending him to all of our friends! We love our home thanks to Kurt!

"Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

My husband and I used Tina and Kurt in our last move. This was our second time using Tina and our first time working with Kurt. We couldn’t have been happier with the hard work and dedication that these two showed us. Thank you for helping us find our dream home!

"Working with Kurt was a wonderful experience

Kurt was extraordinarily helpful in our successful hunt for a new home. He shared with us tons of expert advice and was always one step ahead in the process, often going above and beyond our expectations. And he is super nice on top of it all. Hopefully our new home will be the last one we need for a long while, but if the time to sell and buy a house ever comes again, we’ll be calling Kurt.

"Fantastic to work with!

As a first time home buyer, having someone with so many years of experience going to bat for you and making sure you’re getting the most for your money and then some did wonders for my peace of mind. Kurt is very communicative, understanding, well informed and just an all-around real estate veteran. Any question or concern I had was addressed timely and professionally. If given the chance I’d absolutely hope to work with him again!
